FRS 655 Expert testimony in FRS
EXPERT TESTIMONY IN FORENSIC SCIENCE (3). This course covers contemporary developments in the field of Forensic law, and the admission of scientific evidence into a court of law. The historical development of Forensic Science and the admissibility of scientific evidence under State and Federal Rules of Evidence will be examined and discussed in depth. Several of the most common scientific techniques will be examined to include DNA, Speed Detection, Fingerprint Science, and Alcohol Intoxication Testing.
