LPL 750 Constitutional Law & Edu

This course assists students to explore contemporary legal issues pertaining to K-12 and higher education. Students will review the basic principles of federal and state education law. They will explore the concepts of judicial review, individual rights and liberty, substantive and procedural due process, equal protection, and equity in an educational setting.
