The Honors Program

Provide students with opportunities to pursue outstanding academic achievement through critical thinking and independent study.  

Offer a STEAM educational experience for honors students that goes beyond the traditional classroom curriculum.  

Encourage accelerated students to develop their critical thinking skills and reach their full potential in a competitive research environment.  

Promote lifelong community service learning and encourage students to give back.  

Attract more highly motivated and competent students to ASU.  

Develop and implement the Global Leadership Initiative based on the W.E.B. Du Bois Honors Program's motto "IMPACT": Innovation, Motivation, Proven success, Accomplishment, Communication, and Transformation.
