POS 400 Adv. Research and Writing
This course helps students develop skills required to be critical observers of and contributors to social science scholarship with evidence-based arguments. The goal of this course is to help students better understand the proper techniques for assessing the state of scholarly literature, identifying the interesting questions, formulating strategies for answering them, acquiring the methodological tools with which to conduct the research, and understanding how to write up the results so they can be published.
