CSC 325 Advanced Python

ADVANCED PYTHON (3). This course introduces data structures that most programs rely on to solve problems such as strings, arrays, files, lists, and dictionaries. This course introduces students to these commonly used data structures and includes criteria for selecting the appropriate data structures for given problems. In addition to data structures students will be introduced to data handling techniques such as how to work with various forms of data including images, audio, video, databases, and natural languages; how to work with data that are stored in different file formats such as files, Excel and Google spreadsheets, and CSV files; and how to exchange these data using Json. Prerequisite: CSC 225.
