HON 204 Sophomore Honors Research Symposium
HON 204 SOPHMORE HONORS SYMPOSIUM (3). is designed to foster an appreciation for the research process as students prepare for their research project (the Sophomore Honors Capstone Symposium) required by the Honors Program. Therefore, this course devotes substantial time to reading about leading scholarships within various academic fields and practicing basic research skills. The foundational research and writing skills students develop and sharpen during this seminar will aid in creating scholarly contributions to their interests in the major field(s).
