BIO 710 Scientific Communication
SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATION (3). Graduate level course designed to prepare doctoral students for development of effective platform, poster and written scientific presentations. Emphasis will be on literature review, the components of scientific research articles, development of effective oral and platform presentations, proposal development, content organization and audience perspective. The course will culminate in the development of a scientific proposal related to their dissertation research. Prerequisites: Graduate program status.
