This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required for effective supervision and evaluation of teachers so that school improvement and student achievement is enhanced. The course will explore the development and implementation of high-level, rigorous, authentic, and relevant curriculum for all students while engaging productivity during the initiation and management of school-wide change.
