SWK 616 Dual Diagnosis & Assess

Dual Diagnosis & Assessment (3). This course will provide participants with an understanding of the nature of the overlapbetween psychiatric disorders and psychoactive substance use disorders and the assessment and treatment of dually diagnosed clients: chemically dependent individuals who have a coexisting psychiatric disorder and mentally ill individuals who are chemical abusing or dependent.
