MGT 328 Intro to Project Management

INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT (3). The Course will examine how the individual project manager runs a project and runs a team. The student will learn how to break down a larger project into smaller, manageable segments. The student will learn how to use effective tools such as Microsoft Project. The student will outline and complete a project during the course of the semester.
