MGT 323 Lodging Management

LODGING MANAGEMENT (3). This is an introductory course to lodging management that is designed to help hospitality students gain a comprehensive understanding of lodging operations. It opens with a history of the industry and explores front office operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and hotel accounting systems. Prerequisites: MGT 250, MGT 321 (co-requisite).
