Withdrawal from a Course

A student who wishes to withdraw from a course may do so by submitting an online Course Withdrawal form. A grade of “W” is recorded for all courses when the student completes an official withdrawal form and is processed in the Office of Records and Registration. A grade of “WF” is recorded for courses for which the student is registered when he or she fails to complete the withdrawal form (unofficial withdrawal). A course withdrawal may be submitted by the last day to withdraw as defined by the Academic Calendar.
