MGT 570 Operation and Supply Chain Management

This course will address the important concepts and issues related to the design and management of business operations including manufacturing, distribution, logistics, transportation, and service operations. The course will demonstrate how certain quatitative methods can be applied to the analysis and solution of problems that arise in operations management.
