MGT 580 Quantitative Analysis
This course focuses on refining the decision-makers skills, with the better information provided by the applied business analysis tools. Students will learn a strucured approach to problem solving that focuses on selecting appropriate modeling techniques for a variety of decision challenges that may face a general manager. Particular attention will be given to the difficulty that future manages face when making decisions about an uncertain future.
