PTH 7849 Spinal Thrust Manipulation
Spinal Thrust Manipulation (2). This course provides technical training in the practice of spinal orthopedic manual therapy. The emphasis is to expose the advanced student to the current and clinical rationale of high-velocity low amplitude full spine manipulative thrust procedures as an optional form of therapeutic intervention as currently practiced within the profession of physical therapy. Supplemental exposure to diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies will be included asrequired to provide the student with an integrated approach to practice.
