Clinical Affiliation IV (6). This is the fourth level of planned clinical experience in the student's professional education program for a general practice physical therapist in an inpatient or outpatient setting. It is intended to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Students are expected to perform initial evaluations, treatment planning, treatment implementation and medication, and discharge summaries.
