RCOU 531 Job Development and Placement

Students will be given an overview of employment development, job seeking and job retention factors that pertain to employment, and job seeking skills training for persons with disabilities who participate in rehabilitation programs will be examined. Students will complete a professional portfolio, labor market O*Net assignment, transferability of work skills analysis, and job analysis.
