OTH 7301 Administration & Management

This course will provide an overview of occupational therapy services' management and organizational structure. Topics of discussion will include, but are not limited to, strategic planning, marketing, professional relationships, political action, supervisory relationships, accreditation, managing an occupational therapy program, program evaluation, and legal and ethical issues.
